Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: OU Operates from two locations – Bangalore and Mexico. However the project execution is seamless across locations. The Mexico team acts as logical extension to the Bangalore project team. Hence the location is not a relevant factor from sampling perspective.)
Customer (Not Relevant: OU is global in-house center (Captive) and the customers are from users of Schneider Applications. Same set of processes are applied across these internal customer base. Hence Customer is not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Team size is depends on the scope of work – number of applications, service offered etc. At a granular level, the work is performed with same set of processes of a tower regardless of size.
