Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: OU Operates from two locations – Bangalore and Mexico. However the project execution is seamless across locations. The Mexico team acts as logical extension to the Bangalore project team. Hence the location is not a relevant factor from sampling perspective.)
Customer (Not Relevant: OU is global in-house center (Captive) and the customers are from users of Schneider Applications. Same set of processes are applied across these internal customer base. Hence Customer is not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Team size is depends on the scope of work – number of applications, service offered etc. At a granular level, the work is performed with same set of processes of a tower regardless of size. Hence size is not considered as a relevant sampling factors. However, care is also taken to include both large and small teams as part of the overall sample.)
Organizational Structure: There are multiple towers in the OU. The process is tailored at Tower level based on the technologies and products supported. This would have an impact on the project process performance. Hence this is considered as relevant sampling factor.

Oracle (Organizational Structure): Oracle EBS is the ERP platform to support ITB business covering supply chain, logistics, finance, CRM and business analytics (reporting)
Custom Apps (Organizational Structure): This tower focusses on internal customization projects, support with technologies like lotus notes, dotnet, sales force etc
Subgroups: Bridge: Provides SAP related services by connect (bridge) to various systems. Consists of clusters OP CR FICO BW.
