Size (Not Relevant: There is a provision of project tailoring from the standard methodology in case required. The appraisal sample projects were of similar size and no significant tailoring which distinguishes one from the other was carried out in these projects. Standard stages were followed. Hence size was not taken as a relevant factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are under the same structure (Organizational Unit) called (Software Division). Within the projects, as well, the structure is similar containing program manager, project manager / project lead, team-members, etc.)
Type of Work: Two types of Software Development activity are carried out: (1) Development Projects (2) Maintenance Projects. Wherever required, standard processes are tailored to prepare the project defined process.
