Type of Work: There are 2 types of projects, such as “New Development”, “Incremental Development” projects. Differences between these two types are application of engineering and project management processes.

Incremental Development (Type of Work): All projects in the 2nd development iteration or maintenance phase after completion of the first development iteration. The tailored version of the organizational standard engineering processes are used.
