Location (Not Relevant: NA DC is a “virtual” organization with people distributed in multiple cities across United States, Canada but also India and Philippines. For a given project teams are composed of people from different cities. There is no city specific policy, delivery method or process. All supporting functions are global across cities. In particular the industrialization team is one entity across cities making sure that the projects follow the Accenture standards regardless of the city.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The service delivered by North America Delivery Center consists in the maintenance of a portfolio of client IT applications. While every client has its own set of applications the service delivered follows the same ADM (Accenture Delivery Method) processes.)
Size (Not Relevant: Most basic units are large. There is no specific Delivery mode for smaller basic units.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is only one organizational structure in NADC.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects have the same application maintenance activities as described above.)
Technical Factor: No sampling factor has been identified. This factor is “technical” since the SAS tool requires the creation of a least two subgroups. One subgroup is the full organization. The other subgroup is empty. |
