Customer (Not Relevant: OU provides solutions across various technologies to solve the customer problems. The process components are chosen from set of standard organization processes and assets. There is no reason to include customer as a sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Typically the services are delivered as small packets of work (incidents, Change requests, Test automation etc.) regardless of team size. Hence there is not reason to include this as a sampling factor.)
