Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Although some projects are located in customer’s site other than in the company (Taipei City), this does not cause process difference since they all follow similar processes after tailoring.) Customer (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same processes for all customers with little tailoring which does not cause significant difference in process execution) Size (Not Relevant: The size of basic units are all medium to large size projects which all follow same processes and do not cause process difference.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Although projects are from different sub-unit of OU, but they all follow the same processes after tailoring.) Type of Work: There are two types of work (Development, Feature Enhancement) which cause process difference in life cycle model, estimation method, MA, traceability and change management, and some engineering process areas regarding to RD, TS, and PI.
Sampling Factor Values:	Development (Type of Work): Project develops its products without previous product support. Feature Enhancement (Type of Work): Projects provide maintenance and feature enhancement services based on existing system.
