Location (Not Relevant: All of the staff are located in Shanghai and Jiangyin, and the Jiangyin team is mainly responsible for the manufature which is excluded from the OU. The project teams who are responsible for the project development are located in Shanghai, and they follow the samiliar processes, so the location has no impact on the process implementation.)
Customer (Not Relevant: For all of their customers which are all from the electricity management domain, they follow the similar processes. So the customer has no impact on the processes.)
Size (Not Relevant: The projects have similar size, they follow the similar processes. So, the project size has no impact on processes implementation.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are in the R&D Dept., they follow the similar processes. And the organization structure has no affect the processes.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are product development, for the development and maintenance, they follow the similar processes.)
Product development: As all of the projects follow the same processes, it is needed to create another subgroup for SAS. |
