Location (Not Relevant: All projects are developed in the customer’s site for security reason. All customers are banks – similar process. So the OU management and I discussed and agreed that this is not a influencing factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the products are for the financial institutions (banks). Similar process.)
Size (Not Relevant: projects are similar in size, and the OU management do not think size is a factor that influence the process. So size is not a relevant factor for sampling projects)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All are under the Business Delivery department. Same process. Discussed with the org; agreed that the type of work is the main factor.)
