There is no specific requirement of following a particular process type by any of the existing customers. For all customer projects the processes followed are differentiated only by type of work.)
Size (Not Relevant: Organization does not differentiate processes to be followed based on project size differences. Projects of all sizes are required to follow same processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same organization structure of PM Managing the designers and developers and requirement and test resources providing common support to projects)
