Location (Not Relevant: Multiple USA locations do not impact the way work is being conducted. Locations follow & perform minor tailoring from the Booz Allen Hamilton Organizational Standard Processes (OSP). The tailoring is so insignificant that it does not impact the way work is being conducted.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Customers include several government Sectors, but do not impact the way work is being conducted;)
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are very similar in their resources and funding, which do not impact the way work is being conducted;)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organizational sectors are headed by Centers of Excellence (COEs) but do not have any impact on the way work is being performed. The organization is a typical matrix infrastructure; and)
Type of Work: There are two types of work performed; Software Delivery or Systems Delivery. However Software & Systems delivery follow the same standard development processes with slight tailoring for both types of delivery. The tailoring is not significant enough to warrant separate subgroups. Therefore only one subgroup is identified for this appraisal. |
