Although there are different needs according to the customers, internally the customer requests are managed flowing the same project’s lifecycle supported by the same set of processes and tools.) Size (Not Relevant: Not relevant. The size is not affecting the way the processes are applied. Size is measure in terms of Function Points and decomposition of tasks from the WBS, which determines the size of the team, there are not big variation of team size for the projects within the BU and the variations identified in team size do not impact on the conditions the work is performed.) Organizational Structure: There is a specialization for the different business sectors; there are different development groups assigned.
