Customer (Not Relevant: Anbang Insurance internal customers served and standard processes are followed by parties.) Size (Not Relevant: Process are executed base on project types. New features are added to existing systems, big size of system not necessary mean big size of project and efforts, so size is not the factor impacting on process implementation.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: No process is organizational specific. All parties should follow the standard development processes.) Type of Work: New development, upgrade, and maintenance are the three type of projects following the standard processes with different tailorings.
