Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All the work is done in the OU in Hefei.) Customer: There are two client types in the OU that they are governmental and telecom clients, which both have some different requirements for procedures and templates for teams to follow respectively. Size (Not Relevant: The product and project team size is about 8 persons and the team size does not have impact to the processes, procedures and templates used by the teams during the development.) Organizational Structure: The SW Development & IT Operation Department and the Industry SW Department defines and follows some different procedures during their products development respectively. Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develop MIS application software.)
