Location (Not Relevant: All projects are developed from the Hefei Location. There being only one location, this has not been taken as a relevant factor)
Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are Government customers- the Department of Agriculture. So, firstly there is no difference in the customer profiles and secondly, the processes used are independent of the type of customer)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are similar size and processes are independent of size anyways)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU consists of only one department – the Technology Centre. The processes followed are independent of the org structure)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Only waterfall lifecycle is being followed in the OU – hence it is not a sampling factor)
Technology and Domain: There are two technology domains – IOT and MIS development. Processes followed may be dependent on these – hence it has been taken as a sampling factor |
