Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: As the same set of standard process is being used across two Centres (Gurgaon & Hyderabad) in India. People / Workforce practices defined and implemented do not vary across these two Centres. Head office of the OU is Gurgaon. People policies and practices are formulated & implemented in the Head office and further the Head office drives the implementation of people / workforce practices in Hyderabad Centre)
Customer (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure highlights the Business Units with domains that defines the kind of customers served by the OU. Therefore Customer sampling factor is subsumed in Organizational Structure sampling factor)
Size (Not Relevant: As the size does not differentiate the workforce practices being performed. Processes & people practices being implemented & used do not differ based on size. Irrespective of size all the basic units are required to follow & implement OU defined workforce practices & processes)
Organizational Structure: As there are different Business Units comprising the Organizational Unit covering Analytics, Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Feedback Management & Enterprise Data Management. Some of the people practices & processes differ across these Business Units based on the nature of work

Enterprise Feedback Management (Organizational Structure): This business unit helps client gather information and develop insights from external sources harnessing proven frameworks, processes and tools
Enterprise Data Management (Organizational Structure): This business unit helps client leverage data as an asset and deliver the critical business insights needed to manage and grow an organizational business
