Type of Work: There are 2 types of work/project that affect which process is followed for all development work. Projects start their life as New Developments and when completed pass into a Maintenance phase. The nature of the work is different between these two stages such as New Development and Maintenance & Enhancement
Sampling Factor Values:	Maintenance & Enhancement (Type of Work): Add, modify and delete some functions on existed projects. Projects that have completed their initial development activities then pass into a maintenance phase. This subgroup comprises all these projects. New Development (Type of Work): Develop all functional modules in new project.
