Customer (Not Relevant: Not relevant; the four critical to performance projects are developed for an internal customer called Professional Services department. Customer is not a relevant sampling factor for this reason.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects have similar profiles for development size, team size and governing process adoption. Therefore, Size is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The only two departments involved in product conceptualization, product development and subsequent support activities are Engineering & Product Delivery and Professional Services.
