Customer (Not Relevant: Customer for which a project or maintenance is developed does not affect or limit the process usage.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size is not relevant for determining the process being used once they have similar size under Development and under Maintenance, and these are already relevant factors as per Type of Work.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All development and maintenance projects are performed under Software Development and Maintenance Business Lines)
Type of Work: Two types of work are recognized: New Development Projects, and Application Maintenance. When a new project or maintenance is identified, by means of a checklist criteria application the type of work is determined.
