Customer: There are two groups of Customers – China Mobile and Internal and processes may differ because of this
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are similar in size and processes are independent of size anyways)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU consists of only one department – the R&D Department. The processes followed are independent of the org structure)
Type of Work: The type of work is either Bespoke development work (Customised SW Development) or Product development. Processes followed may differ based on this; hence this has been taken as a sampling factor |
