Complete end-to-end support is deployed using best practice methodology. Managed services (ID & RHD) projects teams make sure that customer’s user issues and requests are efficiently triaged, handled and resolved. The Managed Services model is designed to meet the challenge of balancing strategic, high-value activities vs. ongoing support & maintenance. 111 People, 14 Basic Units – Maintenance Product Development: Product development has a diverse team of experts in supply chain management, Oracle E-Business Suite consulting, Java technologies, and product development methodologies. The projects follow the Development Life Cycle Model. Product Development develops products to optimize shipping execution for Oracle E-Business Suite without the need for customizations, control cost of shipping management, and enhance shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction. 14 People, 1 Basic Units – Development Oracle Packaged Software Implementation & Upgrade: Oracle Packaged Software Implementation & Upgrade includes Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle BI packaged applications. Projects cover all phases of the process including business impact assessment and strategy development, functional and technical implementations or upgrades, testing and training, go-live support and post-production support.
