Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is only IAEA/MTIT/Business Solutions Section (BSS), Austria location, so other locations are not considered for this appraisal.) Customer (Not Relevant: The QMS processes are established at organizational level and processes are not differentiating with customer.) Size: The projects were categorized as “small” (less than 100 working days) and “large” (greater than 100 working days). Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one section Business Solutions Section (BSS) under IAEA/MTIT Division, Austria, considered for the appraisal. QMS processes are same for all projects. So this factor is not impacting for the project selection. Following functions/activities are carried out at BSS Level. SQA–Software Quality Assurance, CM-Configuration Management) Type of Work (Not Relevant: Software development work is considered in scope of appraisal.
