Customer (Not Relevant: Although there are different customers of domains, all projects follow the same OSSP. It does not introduce any difference of process implementation. So Customer is not a relevant sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: Although projects have different size, but it does not introduce any difference of process implementation. So Size is not a relevant sampling factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: This OU has organization breakdown according to projects, functions, and locations. Beijing has department breakdown for each project and common functions, and Nanjing allocates human resources for each project. It does not introduce any difference of process implementation.
