Size (Not Relevant: Attra executes projects of various sizes. However, the processes followed are not dependant on the size of the project and same QMS is followed for projects of all sizes. Hence size does not have any bearing on process execution.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The projects in Attra are organized as Business Units such as India, Europe, US, MEA, APAC. The Quality Management System followed is same across all Business Units. Hence the Organizational Structure does not have a bearing on process execution.)
Type of Work: The types of projects in Attra are Development, Testing and Support projects, following their respective lifecycle models. Hence the type of lifecycle has an influence on the processes followed and is considered a relevant sampling factor. |
