Location (Not Relevant: Projects are being executed in Shenzhen city. There is no change in the processes followed, hence location cannot be considered as a factor)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the projects for government and have the same domain and the projects are not controlled by customers. Due to the same, customer cannot be controlled as factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of same size and there is no difference in project life cycle or execution)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Project organization structure is same across the projects hence cannot be considered as sampling factor)
Type of Work: There are two type of projects executed one is new development done by Research Team 1 and another type is maintenance projects executed by Research team 2. |
