Location (Not Relevant: Xiamen, Fujian, China only)
Customer (Not Relevant: Civil Aviation Cares’ projects are commercial applications. Project activities are no different for difference customers.)
Size: Projects are divided by large (project members >=8 people) and Small. For large project the project manager is required to take most of his/her time on controlling the project and risks.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Even Civil Aviation Cares has several departments, the OSSP and processes are implemented across all the departments related to software development.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All software products are based on Microsoft development platform.) |
