| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: – Location: it was analysed and found not to play an important role in the way that could affect process implementation. Therefore this sampling factor was excluded. As projects are transversal to the sites and to the competence centers, all the sites will participate (7 locations : Valence, Vendôme, Chatellerault, Meudon, Toulouse, Le Haillan and Pessac), which also cover all the five competence centers (Systems, Computers, Navigation, Cockpit and Missions & Functions),)
Customer: – Customer : the type of customer may influence way how the processes are implemented with difference on organizational context, constraints and type of product to be delivered; so this sampling factor was retained with three values : civil aircraft, military aircraft and helicopter,
