Size (Not Relevant: All projects in the OU are of small in size and the process followed is similar across all projects)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organizational unit is small and both projects report flat to the management. The process followed is not influenced by organization structure)
Type of Work: There are two types of projects being executed in the present context. Development projects and Staffing Services projects. The process followed varies slightly as per the type of project
