Location (Not Relevant: All the units considered in the scope of the project are based on the same location, using the same office facilities)
Customer: There are two types of customers: The ones requiring the use of their process assets and artifacts in a relevant manner and the ones who relay on the use of AxxiS Solutions’ process asset.
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are inside the range 4-10 people and 6-12 months, being longer the ones with a smaller team, resulting in the use of common process implementations.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Structure is common, having a Project Manager and two layers of professionals, Senior and Junior Engineers)
Type of Work: The scope of the activity to be considered within the project derives in three types of projects: Standard Development, BPM/SOA and Maintenance projects. |
