One is median size project. Another one is small size project. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Application Development Unit is the single department to develop application implementation services.) Type of Work: There are two type of works. One is functional enhancement project. The second one is maintenance project.

Enhancement Project (Type of Work): New requirements are added to production software to enhance software functions or features.
