Type of Work: Zhengzhou Beibo Electronics Co., Ltd. executes development and maintenance projects, which are executed using Waterfall life cycle (V Model). Same sets of processes are followed for execution of both type projects. But “TYPE OF WORK” factor is considered for the project selection. |
