Subgroups:	SG1: Medium Size: All full lifecycle software development projects of “Medium Size” in terms of effort, carried out based on requirements of government customers are included in this subgroup. Waterfall + Iterative lifecycle is followed for all the projects. For sampling, all development projects carried out and completed in the last 12 months have been considered for this appraisal.
