Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Only one location – Beijing.) Customer (Not Relevant: Customers are distributed in multiple industries, but the OU provide software development services in specific domain (PMS and Logistics) for all customers using same set of processes.) Size (Not Relevant: Project and team size are all moderate size and not considered a factor that influence project management activities and process implementation in the OU.) Organizational Structure: The OU contains two departments, each one is responsible for one type of project. Please refer to “Type of Work”. There is also a functional test department which provides system test resource support for all projects as needed. Type of Work: There are two type of projects that follow significantly different processes. One type is PMS implementation based on SAP platform. Another type is software development project based on the requirements of customer.
Sampling Factor Values:	Project Department (Organizational Structure): Responsible for PMS implementation project. System R&D Center (Organizational Structure): Responsible for software development project. PMS Implementation Project (Type of Work): Project that perform PMS system planning, design, developing, and implementation. Software Development Project (Type of Work): Project that develop a software system for customer based on their requirements.
