Location (Not Relevant: Only one location – Beijing.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Customers are distributed in multiple industries, but the OU does the same works with the same set of processes for all customers without discrimination.)
Size (Not Relevant: Project and team size does not significantly influence process implementation in the OU and is not considered a management factor.)
Organizational Structure: The OU contains two departments, each one is responsible for one type of project. Please refer to “Type of Work”. There is also a functional test department which provides system test resource support for all projects as needed.
Type of Work: There are two type of projects that follow significantly different processes. One type is ERP implementation based on SAP and Oracle platform. Another type is software development project based on the requirements of customer. |
