Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Although the customers are located in different locations, but this does not cause major difference in processes execution.) Customer: For internal customer with PMO (Project Management Office) some of the process and work products will be mandated, other customers are not. This will affect execution of project management, engineering related processes and work products. Size (Not Relevant: All basic units are large size projects and there is no major process difference between them.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The two department uses the same standard processes with similar tailoring results.) Type of Work: There are two types of work: software system development, and ERP development using SAP platform. This will cause differences in design, development, integration and testing.
