Customer (Not Relevant: Although the customers are in various industries, the OU provides same set of archive digitalization products and services for different customers without discrimination.) Small-size projects follow simplified processes according to the tailoring guidelines of the OSSP. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU is physically one development division of the organization with several function-based virtual teams inside.
