Location (Not Relevant: As all team members are located in Beijing, thus location is not relevant.)
Customer (Not Relevant: As org structure is set up based on business domain and it is the main relevant factor, thus customer is not relevant.)
Size (Not Relevant: As only full lifecycle projects are included in the appraisal and the size of all such projects are more than 50 man months, based on OU”s size definition, over 36 man months projects are considered as large, thus size is not relevant.)
Organizational Structure: There are two software delivery centers, where projects are developed based on common platforms for predefined domain: big data and enterprise mgt. It is the main factor deciding the process used.
