Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are banks or Central Bank, and the OU provides same set of products and services for different customers without discrimination.)
Size (Not Relevant: Most of the project are moderate size. Size is not considered a critical factor in project management, although some minor tailoring to the OSSP base on project size may occur sometimes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU is a small software development team with people distributed in different projects dynamically.)
Type of Work: Generally, development works organized and managed as projects. Projects are divided into two types: one type focus on the development of newly designed software, another type develop a software for specific customer based on historical system. OSSP is tailored for the two types of project. |
