Location (Not Relevant: All the work is done in the OU in Beijing.)
Customer: The two types of customers, government and non-government customers, have some requirements on the procedures and templates for the teams to follow during their development respectively.
Size (Not Relevant: The teams normally are made up of persons about 9 and the team size has no impact to the processes and procedures used by the teams during their development.)
Organizational Structure: All the four development departments in the OU have some differently defined procedures and templates based on the OSSP and some special needs required from their clients.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develops MIS application software products.) |
