Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is Hefei location of Beijing Wanhu. No other location is considered. Beijing Wanhu QMS processes are established at organizational level for Hefei Location, so “LOCATION” factor is not considered for project selection.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Product Center executes development project for Government offices and Municipal Corporations. In all the basic units, standard process defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed. No significant change is observed in the process being followed by these basic units for different customers. Therefore ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is not considered for project selection.)
Size: Product Center executes Big size projects and Medium size projects. The Beijing Wanhu QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. There is no variation in the work performed in these projects due to project size and hence all projects are required to follow same processes irrespective of project size. However “SIZE” factor is considered for project selection.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure is same for all the development projects hence no significant process variation based on organizational structure. So ‘ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE’ factor is not considered for the project selection. Following functions / activities are carried out at organizational Level. 1. EPG 2. QA 3. Testing 4. Training)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Product Center executes the development projects using the Waterfall Life Cycle. There is no variation in type of work. Same sets of processes are followed for execution of these projects. So ‘TYPE OF WORK’ factor is not considered for project selection.) |
