Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: BISAG has its only office in Gandhinagar So no other locations are applicable and hence ‘Location’ is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Customer (Not Relevant: The QMS processes are established at organizational level and processes are not differentiating with customer. Hence ‘Customer’ is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Size (Not Relevant: The QMS process does not vary for different size of the projects hence ‘Size’ is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure is same for all the projects. No significant process variation based on organizational structure. So “Organization Structure” is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection) Type of Work (Not Relevant: Software development work is considered in scope of appraisal. BISAG executes similar types of project and same sets of processes are followed for all projects. So ‘TYPE OF WORK’ factor is not considered for project selection.) Life Cycle: Waterfall life cycle is followed in BISAG for Software development work. ‘Life Cycle’ factor is considered for project selection.
