Sampling Factor Values: NE1 (Organizational Structure): The Engineering Unit RBEI/NE1 focuses on supporting development in the field of Powertrain Electronics. The main customer is a Business Unit viz., DGS-EC (Diesel Gasoline Systems – Electronic Controls) which develops and manufactures power-train control units and offers services for diesel and gasoline engines as well as alternative power-trains.
NE3 (Organizational Structure): The Engineering Unit RBEI/NE3 is responsible for Software Engineering services for Automotive Aftermarket (AA), Non-Automotive Business Units of Bosch viz., Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods and Building and Technology.
Mechanical (Type of Work): Project tasks involving mechanical engineering drafting, creating mechanical designs and creating Manufacturing instructions. Services use software tools to create these outputs.
Electronics (Type of Work): Tasks related to designing and developing electronics and hardware components.
Subgroups: NE1-Electronics: Electronics and hardware design projects executed in NE1 department.
