Location (Not Relevant: Fuzhou, Fujian, China only)
Customer (Not Relevant: Boss’ projects are financial management applications for public services. Project activities are no different for difference customers.)
Size: Projects are divided by large (project members >=8 people) and Small. For large project the project manager is required to take most of his/her time on controlling the project and risks.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Even Boss has several departments, the OSSP and processes are implemented across all the departments.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: all software products are based on Java and Delphi development platform.) |
