Customer (Not Relevant: The organization provides software development enhancement projects for various customers as per the needs. OU definition is restricted to those customers who use QMS as the base standard process and those which are directly under customer process/control are not in OU definition. Hence Customer is not considered as significant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Given the definition of OU, the project sizes in population are not differing much to influence the process followed. Hence this is not considered as significant sampling factor.)
