Location: In the UK the process set, approach and Capgemini infrastructure is the same for all locations. However, for some accounts some of the delivery processes are based entirely in India and here there is a difference

Size (Not Relevant: No –size doesn”t make a difference to process usage; there isn’t a wide variation across the range of account sizes.)
Organizational Structure: There are 3 Delivery Towers, SAP, Oracle and Portfolio with a clear technology split. Each reports to a different Tower Head
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The business of the organisation is application management. “Type of work’ is therefore consistent throughout AMS UK. Large programme and project work is typically dealt with by another Delivery Unit within Capgemini – ie external to the appraisal scope) |
