Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the similar organization structure of PM, BA, PL, Dev and Test)
Type of Work: Projects are differentiated on the basis of Type of Work. Two different types of work are recognized. These are ‘Development’ and ‘Enhancement’. |
