Customer (Not Relevant: CIDS has similar process for customer’s mainly governmental and private customers.) Size: CDIS has different classifications of projects according to the size of the projects (Small, Medium or Large Projects). Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organizational Unit is a medium organization under a unique general manager where Organizational Structure do not impact on how work is performed) Type of Work: CDIS has different type of work for software development projects using Iterative and Cascade lifecycles
Sampling Factor Values:	Small projects (Size): Software development projects with duration less than three months. Medium Projects (Size): Software development projects with duration between more than three months and less than Six Months. Large Projects (Size): Software development projects with duration of more than Six Months. Iterative (Type of Work): Software Development projects using Iterative software Lifecycle Waterfall (Type of Work): Software Development projects using Waterfall software Lifecycle
