OSS – DWBI (Organizational Structure): Set of programs/ applications that manage and monitor the operations aspects of a telecom network. This includes dealing with the telecom network itself, supporting processes such as maintaining network inventory, provisioning services, configuring network components, and managing faults etc. This group also uses technology-driven process for analyzing data and presenting actionable information
