Customer (Not Relevant: CGI India works with its Prime BU partners in onsite locations. The process followed across customers is based on CGI”s Quality Management System. Hence Customer does not have a bearing on process execution.)
Size (Not Relevant: The services projects are long running projects. They follow the same processes irrespective of the size. Hence size does not have a bearing on process execution.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are 5 Business Units in CGI namely CMU, ASDC, FS, GTO & MIG. The process implemented in these Business Units are based on the same quality management system and hence does not have a bearing on process execution.)
Type of Work: The types of projects executed are infrastructure management services and application management services. The process implementation is specific to the type of work and hence has got a bearing on process execution. |
