Location (Not Relevant: All 5 projects are in same location (Nanchang ) for development activities, and there is no process difference since they are all new development projects following the same software development processes after project tailoring.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All projects have government agencies as customers. Although customer from nuclear industry requires certain deliverables to follow templates provided by customer, but there is no process difference between different customers because the process implementation results do not show significant difference with respect to process, tools, and tailoring.)
Size (Not Relevant: Although projects are with different sizes in terms of FTE, but no process difference for different sizes since they all follow same OSSP after tailoring.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The 5 projects are all from Software Engineering Department following the same processes after tailoring.)
