Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Changjiang Schinta is located at Wuhan. There is no other location) Customer (Not Relevant: All development projects are executed for various Govt & military organization. However organizational processes are unique for all projects.) Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of typically similar staff size (5-7 staff) in SI and PRD. There is no variation in the work performed in these projects due to project team size and hence all projects are required to follow same processes irrespective of project team size.) Organizational Structure: Changjiang Schinta consists of System Integration, Product Research center and support functions. Processes followed for all projects is same. Following functions/activities are carried out at organizational Level. EPG –Engineering Process Group QA – Quality Assurance Training However, Org structure is considered as factor for project selection Type of Work (Not Relevant: Changjiang Schinta executes all development projects. All projects follow Waterfall Life Cycle.)
